Start with the handoff, timing and travelers
Senior travelers, first-time international visitors, families or business guests who would benefit from a clearly arranged airport handoff.
- Check availability against the exact flight and terminal.
- Define whether support is arrival, departure or transit.
- Separate terminal assistance from vehicle transfer.
- State mobility, language and connection concerns in advance.
Airport access determines what can be promised
Meet-and-assist is not one identical product at every terminal. Security, immigration, airside access and airline rules determine where an assistant may meet a traveler and which parts of the process can be supported. We confirm the available meeting point for the date instead of using vague “gate-to-car” language.
Arrival, departure and transit requests require different information. Transit support also depends on whether travelers change terminals, airlines, tickets or immigration status.
Send the concern, not only the flight
Explain whether the traveler needs language reassurance, mobility coordination, help locating a connection, a family meeting point or a smooth handoff to a driver. Share age and mobility needs specifically, but do not place passport numbers or sensitive medical records in a public inquiry form.
Wheelchair and airline-controlled services may need to be requested from the airline. Airport assistance can coordinate around confirmed arrangements but cannot replace permissions or services controlled by carriers and authorities.
Connect assistance to ground transport carefully
Terminal assistance and private transfer can be booked together only when both scopes are confirmed. The assistant’s end point, driver meeting point and communication path should be explicit. A vehicle class alone does not create airside access.
Flight changes can affect staff availability. Send schedule updates quickly and review the cancellation or rebooking rule before confirmation.
How the request becomes a confirmed service
- Submit the exact flight request
Provide airport, date, flight, travelers, arrival/departure/transit type and the assistance concern.
- Check access and availability
We verify the possible meeting point, service boundary and whether airline arrangements are also needed.
- Confirm the handoff
Receive assistant, contact and onward-driver instructions appropriate to the terminal.
Practical questions
Can the assistant meet us at the aircraft door?
Only if terminal and security rules allow it and that location is explicitly confirmed. Do not assume airside access.
Is a wheelchair included?
Airline or airport wheelchair arrangements may need a separate request. Tell us the need so the correct responsibility can be identified.
Does this include a car to the hotel?
Not automatically. Ground transport is a separate scope that can be coordinated when confirmed.
